There are various types of mining crushing machinery, different types of crushing equipment, and different application fields. 1. What are the crushing methods?
The crushing methods of the crusher are divided into extrusion, splitting, breaking, shearing, impact or striking, etc. Generally, multiple modes of action are mixed, and no single mode of action is adopted.
Extrusion crushing: The working panel of the crusher squeezes the incoming material, as shown in Figure 1, and the material is crushed when the compressive stress it is subjected to reaches its compressive strength limit.

Bending and breaking crushing: The material sandwiched between the working surfaces is like a simply supported beam or a multi-supported beam under concentrated force. The material is mainly subjected to bending stress, but is subjected to splitting at the contact point of the working surface.
Extrusion shear crushing: A combination of extrusion crushing and shear crushing.
Impact crushing: Impact crushing includes the impact of the high-speed moving crushing body on the crushed material, the impact of the high-speed moving material on the fixed wall, and the mutual impact of the moving materials.
2. Crusher can be divided into:
1. Jaw crusher
The jaw crusher has an output of 100-1500 tons per hour, feeds 1500~500mm, and can be crushed to 350~100mm;
The working principle is that the movable jaw is close to the fixed jaw for extrusion crushing. It is generally used for the first crushing of the crushing production line.
2. Cone crusher
The cone crusher has an output of 100-800 tons per hour, feeds 350~100mm, and can be crushed to 100~40mm;
The working principle is lamination principle crushing, generally used for medium and fine crushing, suitable for materials with higher hardness.
3. Impact crusher
The impact crusher is also called a sand making machine, with an hourly output of 30-500 tons. The crushing is based on the principle of "stone hitting stone" and "stone hitting iron". The feed is within 5 cm and the discharge is below 5 mm, which can be adjusted.
4. Hammer crusher
The hammer crusher works continuously, using the hammer on the high-speed rotating rotor to crush the stone. The moisture content cannot be greater than 12%. The purchase cost of the hammer crusher is relatively low, but the hammer head is replaced quickly, and the later maintenance cost is high.
